Make A Difference

Well, I'll be turning 42 tomorrow. Ive been through ups and downs in life just like any other man on the street, and thank god, Im still in one piece :-)

Cant wait for tomorrow, after some time deliberating, its time share my experience on my journey the past year to get back into my ideal body shape physically, and my spiritual state emotionally.

Life is about making a difference, I sincerely hope that Im able to do so by my regular postings...meanwhile, take care...
